At Atomic Technologies (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we strive to provide high-quality digital services and ensure client satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for the services offered through atomictech.in.

1. Nature of Services

Atomic Technologies provides digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

• Website Design & Development

• SEO Services (including GMB SEO)

• Google Ads & Meta Ads Management

• Logo & Brand Design

• Digital Marketing & Consulting Services

Due to the intangible and customized nature of these services, refunds are limited and governed strictly by the terms below.

2. No Return Policy for Digital Services

Since all services offered by Atomic Technologies are digital and non-tangible, returns are not applicable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or partially delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

a) Service Not Started

If payment has been made and no work has been initiated, the client may request a refund within 3 working days of payment.

A processing/administrative fee may be deducted.

b) Non-Delivery of Service

If Atomic Technologies fails to initiate or deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons (excluding client-side delays, non-cooperation, or non-provision of required details), a refund may be considered after review.

c) Duplicate or Excess Payment

If a client has made a duplicate or excess payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Work has already started or is completed

• Delay caused due to lack of client inputs, approvals, or communication

• Change of mind after project initiation

• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once revisions (as agreed) are provided

• Services such as:

  • SEO (once optimization or reporting has begun)

  • Ads setup or management (once campaigns are created/launched)

  • Logo or design services (once initial concepts are shared)

• Third-party costs (domains, hosting, ad spend, tools, plugins, licenses, etc.)

5. Advertising & Marketing Services Disclaimer

For services like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or GMB SEO, Atomic Technologies does not guarantee specific results such as leads, sales, rankings, or ROI, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Therefore, no refunds will be issued based on performance expectations.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must email us with complete details:

Subject: Refund Request – [Invoice Number / Service Name]

Include:

• Client name & contact details

• Invoice number & payment proof

• Reason for refund request

All requests will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original mode of payment.
Atomic Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. Changes to This Policy

Atomic Technologies reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on atomictech.in.
